Starting this week I'll be changing up my schedule and on 10/15 you will have two great ways to practice with me. I'll still be teaching at Yoga Moves, 335 Main Street, Stoneham, MA but my class schedule will be as follows:
Wednesday, 7:30pm - Slow Flow and Restore - The perfect class for a mid week detox! This slow flow class balances strength, flexibility, focus and alignment. Class will end with a series of postures to restore your body to a deep sense of relaxation. This class is NOT HOT
Sunday, 8:30 am - Non-heated Flow (starting 10/15) - This class is designed for all levels of yoga students. Practiced in a regular temperature room we'll focus on building heat from within. Similar to Yoga Moves - Hot with out the hot room. Balancing strength and flexibility; cardio and resistance. This class is great for those who don't want the heat or those who Love the heat but want something a little different.
